The annual maintenance fee associated with the purchase of your Hearing HotSpot system ensures both portal access for managing in-app content as well as smart device compatibility. As part of your ongoing maintenance plan, Williams Sound will perform periodic Hearing HotSpot Server software updates as needed. You will be notified via email prior to any such update in the future.
To receive each update, please complete the following steps:

|1/9/2017||1. DirecTV® channel/program information can now populate the channel information on handheld devices.|
2. New content from the Hearing Hotspot Content Portal will be refreshed to the server every 10 minutes and then pushed out to user devices. (previously every 1 hour)
3. Support for international characters in scrolling ticker and channel labels. (Note: File names must still be in English.)
4. Phone and Tablet compatibility updates.
5. Efficiency updates.
