Warranty Statement

FM Products

Personal PA™
Lifetime PLUS Limited Warranty

Williams Sound products are engineered, designed, and manufactured under carefully controlled conditions to provide you with many years of reliable service.

Effective January 1, 2012, Williams Sound warrants the Personal PA® FM Listening transmitters and receivers (models PPA T35, PPA T27, PPA T36, PPA R37, and PPA R35-8) against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and conditions for the useful lifetime of the product from date of purchase. (Does not include model PPA R1600).

This warranty is available to the original end purchaser of the product and CAN BE transferred to subsequent purchasers of the product.

PPA R1600 FM Remote Speaker

Williams Sound products are engineered, designed, and manufactured under carefully controlled conditions to provide you with many years of reliable service. Williams Sound warrants the PPA R1600 against defects in materials and workmanship for TWO (2) years. During the first two years from the purchase date, we will promptly repair or replace the PPA R1600.

Hearing Helper™ FM 863

Williams Sound products are engineered, designed, and manufactured under carefully controlled conditions to provide you with many years of reliable service. Williams Sound warrants the Hearing Helper™ T800 transmitter, T863 body pack transmitter and R863 receiver against defects in materials and workmanship for THREE (3) years. During the first three years from the purchase date, we will promptly repair or replace the product.

Infrared Products

SoundPlus ™ Infrared
WIR TX9 / MOD 232 / WIR TX90 – 5 Years

Williams Sound products are engineered, designed, and manufactured under carefully controlled conditions to provide you with many years of reliable service. Williams Sound warrants the SoundPlus™ Infrared Listening System against defects in materials and workmanship for FIVE (5) years. During the first five years from the purchase date, we will promptly repair or replace the SoundPlus® Infrared Listening System.

WIR TX75 – 2 Years

Williams Sound products are engineered, designed, and manufactured under carefully controlled conditions to provide many years of reliable service. Williams Sound warrants the SoundPlus™ WIR TX75 infrared listening system against defects in materials and workmanship for TWO (2) years. During the first two years from the purchase date, we will promptly repair or replace the WIR TX75 infrared listening system.

 

SoundPlus™ Infrared Receivers

WIR RX22-4 / WIR RX18

Williams Sound products are engineered, designed and manufactured under carefully controlled conditions to provide you with many years of reliable service. Williams Sound warrants the WIR RX22-4 and WIR RX18 infrared receiver against defects in materials and workmanship for FIVE (5) years. During the first five years from the purchase date, we will promptly repair or replace the infrared receiver.

WIR RX15-2 – 2 Years

Williams Sound products are engineered, designed and manufactured under carefully controlled conditions to provide you with many years of reliable service. Williams Sound warrants the Infrared Receiver against defects in materials and workmanship for TWO (2) years. During the first two years from the purchase date, we will promptly repair or replace the Infrared Receiver.

Williams Sound products are engineered, designed and manufactured under carefully controlled conditions to provide you with many years of reliable service. Williams Sound warrants the DLT-100 transceiver, DLR-50 receiver against defects in materials and workmanship for TWO (2) years. During the first two years from the purchase date, we will promptly repair or replace the product.

Williams Sound products are engineered, designed and manufactured under carefully controlled conditions to provide you with many years of reliable service. Williams Sound warrants the Neckloop Telecoil Coupler against defects in materials and workmanship for ONE (1) year. Loop, PLA-90 Hearing HotSpot™ Counter Loop, PLA-DCCP PROLOOP DCC Plus amplifer, PLM-SMP Field Strength Meter Plus against defects in materials and workmanship for TWO (2) years. During the first two years from the purchase date, we will promptly repair or replace the product.

Microphones, earphones, headphones, rechargeable batteries, rechargeable battery kits, antennas, clips, rack kits, lanyards, wrist straps, power supplies, power cords, brackets, cables, and carry cases carry a 90-day warranty.

Chargers

CHG 1012 – 2 Years

Williams Sound products are engineered, designed and manufactured under carefully controlled conditions to provide you with many years of reliable service. Williams Sound warrants the CHG 1012 Digi-Wave™ 12-Bay Charger against defects in materials and workmanship for TWO (2) years. During the first two years from the purchase date, we will promptly repair or replace the product.

CHG 518, CHG 3502,
CHG 3512 – 1 Year

Williams Sound products are engineered, designed and manufactured under carefully controlled conditions to provide you with many years of reliable service. Williams Sound warrants the CHG 518 Drop In Multi-Charger, CHG 3502 Dual Charger and CHG 3512 Drop in Multi-Charger against defects in materials and workmanship for ONE (1) year. During the first year from the purchase date, we will promptly repair or replace the product.

The exclusions and limitations set out above are not intended to, and should not be construed so as to contravene mandatory provisions of applicable law. If any part or term of this Disclaimer of Warranty is held to be illegal, unenforceable, or in conflict with applicable law by a court of competent jurisdiction, the validity of the remaining portions of this Disclaimer of Warranty shall not be affected, and all rights and obligations shall be construed and enforced as if this Limited Warranty did not contain the particular part or term held to be invalid.

If it is necessary to return the system for service, your Customer Service Representative will give you a Return Authorization Number (RA) and shipping instructions.

Your warranty becomes effective the date you purchase your system. If your sales receipt is not available, the date code on the product will determine your warranty status.
