How The System Works:           

The SoundPlus™ TV Infrared Listening System connects directly to the television, VCR, or DVD player using standard RCA audio cables.  Listeners wear a wireless under-the-chin style “receiver” to pick up the television program by way of an invisible infrared audio signal.  The listener is then free to move about – without the worry of missing a word of the program.  Background noise is greatly reduced, which improves the overall listening experience.

Each receiver on the SoundPlus™ TV Listening System features its own volume control, and it turns on/off automatically when worn, so it can never be left on accidentally to drain the batteries.  When the listener is done watching the television program, they simply drop the receiver back on to the transmitter’s charging cradle, and it will be ready to use the next time it is needed.
