At any concert, theater, theme park, or zoo, "hearing" is a critical part of people’s experience. Whether it is a musician’s voice or instrument, an audio description of a live theater performance or a tour guide at a national theme park, a customer’s experience can be defined by their ability to hear and not only by what they see. Catering to the needs of those with hearing loss also allows your organization to differentiate itself and to expand your marketing efforts to a segment that is often under-served. Finally, with the increasing visibility of government ADA restrictions, it is in the best interest of every venue to be proactive, and provide hearing assistance to all those that require and are entitled to assistance.
Personal PA™ Listening Systems from Williams Sound are ideal for large-area listening venues such as concert halls, stadiums, or theaters. Listeners wear body-pack style receivers with their choice of headphone or earphone. The audio of the venue is run through a Personal PA™ transmitter base station, which transmits the sound by way of FM signal up to a 1000 ft. throughout the audience. Participants pick up the audio with their personal receiver, and adjust the volume to a comfortable listening level. Being the Personal PA™ receivers are wireless, listeners are free to roam anywhere in the seating area - without compromising their ability to hear the entertainment, clearly and easily. There are two Personal PA™ Williams Sound systems available: The PPA 375, a wideband FM system, features a microprocessor controlled transmitter with digital display, and push button controls. For smaller venues, the PPA Value Pack featuring the T27 transmitter, has a range of up to 500 ft. The portable T27 transmitter has 17 available frequencies and features easy-to-use push button channel selection and LED display panel.

Personal PA 375 FM Listening System
The Personal PA™ 375 FM listening system champions the next generation of hearing assistance technology. Setting up the T35 transmitter is a snap! Quickly choose between Voice, Music, or Hearing Assistance in the Application Preset menu. The T35 configures itself to the appropriate setting – taking the guess work out of complex audio installation. Operating up to 1000 feet, the T35 is ideal for auditoriums, stadiums, theaters, or other large venues where superior coverage area is essential. The PPA 375 comes complete with four stylized single-channel R35 receivers (earphones and batteries included).

Personal PA Value Pack
The Personal PA™ Value Pack features the T27 transmitter with LED display panel and push-button channel selection for trouble-free operation. The system broadcasts a speaker’s voice, music program, or audio service wirelessly up to 500 feet to a listening audience. Participants wear the R35 single-channel receiver equipped with headset to pick up the broadcast to listen at the volume of their comfort level. The PPA VP has seventeen available channels, and operates on 72-76 MHz.
